Baked Ziti I
excellent, followed another reviewer and skipped the sour cream, used ricotta (we are italian food lovers), also skipped the provolone (doesn't agree w/some people:) Also covered it before baking(that's a given). Came out great, leftovers went to work for lunch the next day.

Chicken Florentine Casserole
I too cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sauteed on stove top in a little olive oil. Made my own bacon bits(6 pcs of bacon) I only used 1 cup of mozzarella,I put it in the sauce w/the parmesan and 1/2 of the chicken. Layered spinach, mushrooms, 1/2 of chicken, then sauce w/rest of chicken, also dusted the top w/parm. Served over farfalle(bowtie) pasta-YUM! My boyfriend really enjoyed-he's having the leftovers for lunch today!

Greek Pizza with Spinach, Feta and Olives
My boyfriend and I LOVE greek pizza, we tried this last Friday-this was excellent. The sun dried tomatoes are great, was also a little skeptical of the mayo, but found it gave good flavor. We used Boboli for the crust.-Don't think we'll be ordering pizza out anymore!
