Szechwan Shrimp
I also doubled the sauce and used 1 lb of raw shrimp instead of the pre-cooked shrimp. This dish is fast, healthy, and excellent if served with brown rice.

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu
This was really good! My only suggestion would be to cut down on the salt - it was wayyy too salty. Overall a great dish though.

Cajun Seafood Pasta
This is one of my household's favorite dishes. I would recommend, however, to add a little less pepper than the recipe calls for. I usually skip the white pepper altogether and only put about a tsp of crushed red pepper in. It is still a very spicy and flavorful dish.
