Cooking relaxes me. It also lets my creative juices flow. I love trying out new recipes. When my son was little he would tell people it may look bad but taste great. Or it may look great and taste awful, so ya just gotta try it. And now I have passed the love of cooking onto my son.
I love making ethnic food. And I am a cookbook-a-holic!
My favorite things to cook
Chinese potstickers,
Mu Shu veggies,
Italian chicken,
Greek Pasta
My cooking triumphs
I took 6 months of Chinese cooking classes in San Francisco. My family and friends say my Chinese food is better than any restaurant. My Chinese potstickers are my signature dish.
My cooking tragedies
My first attempt at cooking was to make my mom's meatloaf. But hey, I didn't know meatloaf had eggs and bread in it!!! It came out as one big giant tasteless hamburger!
