I am an elementary school cafeteria cook/manager. I love basset hounds and anything basset hound related. I love things that are quick and easy. I love chicken recipes. My background is polish/hungarian, so I love many of these types of dishes. I love it when the kids at school tell me how much they like my lunches! The biggest one? Many years ago I went to thicken the gravy on my beautiful pot roast dinner and grabbed the baking soda instead of the corn starch. It was quite a mess!
