Herbed Chicken Nuggets
I substituted bread crumbs and wheat germ for "Corn Flake Crumbs". Yum!

Spinach and Mushroom Quesadillas
Super easy and quick. I used fresh chopped spinach following the same directions in the original recipe. As well I added red pepper paste for some spice.

Chile Garlic BBQ Salmon
I use this marinade on everything. I also stuff the salmon with cornbread stuffing, marinade and then bake.
