No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III
Start timing your boil after the syrup comes to a rapid boil that you can't stir down. I have the oatmeal and peanut butter measured into a large crock bowl. I pour the syrup over that mixture and begin to stir. You can tell by looking at the mixture that it is ready to drop onto a silpat mat. These are wonderful!! No need to add extra oatmeal at all, or to cook longer than one minute if you get the syrup to a rapid boil before you start timing. They are peanut butter no bakes, there's no chocolate added because they are PEANUT BUTTER no bakes.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken
So easy and quick to throw together after work! I used shredded cheddar cheese instead of cutting it into strips. That's all I had on hand, so it worked! This is so good and creamy. My hubby loved it, this recipe is a keeper for sure.

Coffee Chocolate Chip Cookies
AWESOME recipe. Made exactly like it says here, tried the espresso powder as suggested in one review. I will make them this way forever! That powder gives such a rich, coffee flavor. Very good, got rave reviews at home and at work. Thanks for the great recipe!
