Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes
I needed to let these cook a tad bit longer than suggested, but the recipe was great and the potatoes turned out wonderfully. I'm going to try them with a chive cream cheese next time.

Potato Latkes I
These were phenom! I had been looking for a latke recipe similar to this. I served mine with sour cream and applesauce on the side, I think they went best with the apple sauce.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
This has fast become one of my favorite recipes! I've been using hot italian sausage instead of sweet. I've made it for my manfriend and some of my room mates and they go nuts for it as well.
