when you know how old I am you actually may be a little surprised that I consider myself an expert, well, Im just 17 but cooking is my pasion and i do want to be a cheff. I began cooking 3 years ago, as a matter of fact i began only baking, but i was a disaster. each time my desserts were getting better and my taste level increased way to much.know a days, i do cook pretty good, my parents enjoy my food and they are pleased because know they it gourmet and international foods!
My favorite things to cook
ooh! i just have to say that the french cuisine is my fave! id just have to add that desserts, specially chocolate are my left foot, i adore them.
My cooking triumphs
i am mostly proud of:
tourtiere
coliflower au gratin
cheese potatoes
spinach pastry
chicken in roquefort sauce and pears
sacher torte
floating islands
and many others, but these are the most recent ones, actually im pretty proud of myself!
My cooking tragedies
oooh!! id rather not talk about this...i usually get very unhappy when something goes bad in the kitchen...
