Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
The meat was quite good - nice and tender. The gravy was too strong, and had too much wine. . . but I'm not a wine drinker, so that could've been just me.

Scalloped Potatoes II
Super delicious. Added a sprinkle of garlic powder with salt and pepper on each layer of potatoes, and finely sliced onions for a bit of extra flavour. The whole family raved about them!

Baked Potato Soup
Positively delicious. I added 1 extra potato, but other than that followed the recipe to a tea and it was wonderful!
