Szechwan Shrimp
Fantastic! I've made it twice now, once using shrimp and the other with chicken. Followed recipe exactly but omitted red pepper both times. For the chicken I cut it into bite sized pieces then seasoned w/ salt and pepper and cooked it in some olive oil, garlic and green onion before adding the sauce. Turned out great. This will be my go to recipe for something quick, health and delicious. Thanks!
