I'm a mother of 3, also 2 dogs. I work part-time as a nurse, and of course driving my kids around (my husband travels a lot) I love to cook and to try new recipes, and we all enjoy eating! I have to admit, what meal would be complete without a good glass of wine also! I cook mostly Italian (because that's what we mostly like to eat) Just about everything has garlic and cheese in it. I've been recently trying to use my crock pot to make life easier, but I'm still experimenting with it. I don't really like to bake (and I'm not really very good at it either!) We always have pasta on Sunday's, although my boys are starting to wine about it, they say they're getting sick of it. I think my specialty is eggplant. I don't really know how to cook fish (because I'm not too fond of it), although my family would love it if I made it because they all love it!
