I like making things I'm comfortable with: cheesy corn, sweet potato casserole, Swedish meatballs, fun desserts, and trying out new things such as venison stir-fry.

My family is of Swedish decent: we cook Swedish meatballs, lut fisk, potatis korv, Swedish rye bread, tea rings...
My cooking triumphs
Making Easter dinner for 20 during a kitchen renovation: no counters to work on then doing dishes in the bath tub! Everything turned out PERFECTLY!
My cooking tragedies
Luckily (I'm probably jinxing myself) I haven't had any tragedies or major flops!
