Cabbage Beef Soup
Yum! I skipped the vegetable oil and used 2-15 oz cans of tomato sauce. This turned out really good. I sprinkled some shredded cheese on top, and it kind of tasted like a cabbage roll soup.

Baked Spaghetti I
I thought this was pretty good, definitely something different. My husband loved it.

American Lasagna
The best lasagna ever! I did substitute barillas no bake noodles and a pint of cottage cheese instead of ricotta.
