Chocolate Covered Strawberries
I melted the chocolate chips and shortening in the microwave and the strawberries were beautiful. The chocolate looked amazing on the berries and they were really tasty!!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
I don't know what I did wrong but the crust came out totally soggy. I prebaked it and it was totally soggy!

Oven-Crisped Potatoes
Delicious. Very easy, minimal ingredients! Be careful not to use to much butter. It will be a buttery mess. I doubled the recipe and thought I would add a little more butter not a good idea. Overall very good, everyone liked them. I will make these again soon!
