Soft Oatmeal Cookies
These are so delicious - I added 1 cup of raisins & 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips. Soft, chewy - exactly the kind of cookie you want your child to remember when she is all grown up!

French Toast Casserole
This was delicious. I did not modify this recipe. I used a 9 x 13 pan and the only thing that I would do different next time I make this would be to grease the pan a little more generously with butter. The casserole stuck to the bottom of the pan making it a bit messy for cleanup. Thanks for sharing!

Vegetable Fried Rice
I used basmati rice because I find brown rice quite heavy. So...I didn't use 3 cups of water. I followed the cooking instructions for the rice on the pkg. I also used frozen peas because I didn't want the peas to get mushy. I also added 2 stalks of finely chopped celery. I'll definitely make this one again!
