I've always made cakes for my family and decided to get creative a couple years ago by trying my hand at a novelty cake for my fiance's birthday. I've been hooked since then. Desserts! I love cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, fudge, pastries, cheesecakes, candies, all of it! Everyone has their own specialty for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. My first cheesecake- pumpkin! A cake I made for my grandmother's birthday...it caved in and ended up being mostly frosting =[
