If you want a lot of streusel topping then you need to double it. Next time I think I will add nutmeg to the muffin batter. Also there were a few reviews that said their cream cheese was more like a cheesecake topping. If you want to keep the cream cheese in the middle you may want to try using a piping utensil. Overall it was a great recipe! I love pumpkin anything!!

Fast & Easy recipe! I added onion & garlic and also threw in some smoked sausage. I thought the consistency was a little thin so next time I will add a little flour before throwing it in the pot to heat it up.
