English Saffron Bread
My kiuds loved it! I made with our Easter dinner and it was deefinitely enough for everyone. Probably the largest loaf of bread I have ever seen! I was a little too citrusy tasting for me, but I was the only one who felt that way. I followed the instructions to a T and it came out exactly the way it said. So, good recipe, good bread!

Baked Potato Skins
I followed this recipe exactly. All my guests, family and children raved about it. It is a whole lot better than what you get at a restaurant! I will definitely be making these at next years super bowl and any other get together. They are even good cold. The only thing I suggest is using thick sliced bacon. I believe that it holds more flavor.
