Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Very good and very easy. Added Cumin, Curry and a tad bit of sugar to sauce to cut down on the acidity. Very good on a chilly night!

Enchilada Casserole III

Good basic recipe. An extra squeeze of fresh lime juice on the tacos and I used tabasco sauce instead of salsa. I wanted the heat of the tabasco sauce but not all the flavor of the salsa which I felt masked the lime, garlic flavor of the chicken. Maybe will try a fresh chili cooked in with the chicken next time to give it more heat. I like things a little spicy.
