Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Very good and very easy. Added Cumin, Curry and a tad bit of sugar to sauce to cut down on the acidity. Very good on a chilly night!

Enchilada Casserole III
Very good! Tastes just like a enchilada-(doh)but MUCH easier to make!! Time saver and good eats equals keeper in my book!
