Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
As for the recipe how is written i gave four stars, but a few adjustments and you can go beyond 5 stars. I made like many reviews had suggested. I used only 2 cups of sugar [ 1 cup of white sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar]. Then I used 2 teaspoons of pumkin spice instead of all the seperate spices. My husband who hates pumpkin pie absolutely loves this bread!

Soft Christmas Cookies
I read other reviews and decided to use butter instead of margarine and baked at 400 for ten minutes. I iced them and they ended up being a big hit at my Christmas party. I will definetly make these agian!

Split Pea Soup with Rosemary
Was very good. I liked the idea of adding Rosemary. I didn't have leeks so I used celery. I also added about half a can of drained diced tomatoes (mashed with a fork to make smaller pieces).
