Fresh out of the oven, these cookies fall apart in your mouth and are absolutely delish! After a day or so, they become a bit dry and dense, but still yummy. I think they might be better with a little bit less oatmeal. I altered this recipe by omitting the chocolate chips, raisins, and pecans so that I could feed them to my 15 month old son. We all agreed that they were yummy! Would definitely make again!

Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly, and they came out perfectly. The muffins were very moist, and the crumb topping was a great crunchy compliment. While other reviewers added spices to the batter, I think that the cinnamon in the crumb topping is just enough. 18 minutes was just enough cook time... much longer, and I think they would've been a bit too done. I used cooking spray with flour, which helped them come right out of the muffin tin. Highly recommended!
