Gingerbread Waffles
Very, very yummy. I made them as written, only leaving out the raisins, and they are great with just a little whipped cream or a little butter. As everyone else says, they aren't crispy (because of the molasses, I guess)? They do get a little crispier when you let them sit for a bit.

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread
Fan-freakin'-tastic. I am a new bread baker, and I made this two weeks in a row, it was so good. I made it the semi-traditional way, proofing the yeast in a bowl and mixing and kneading with my Kitchenaid. I definitely recommend the addition of a bit of whole wheat flour. I used steel-cut oats as they were all I had about the house, and they just melted into the bread. Man. I want some now!
