Gingerbread Waffles
Very, very yummy. I made them as written, only leaving out the raisins, and they are great with just a little whipped cream or a little butter. As everyone else says, they aren't crispy (because of the molasses, I guess)? They do get a little crispier when you let them sit for a bit.
