Cauliflower-Cheese Soup
this was easy -- but a bit plain for my tastes -- I had to zip up the taste with lots of herbs

Savory Chicken Breasts
This was great and easy! I seasoned the chicken breasts before adding the cheese. I added sherry to the soup mixture. Next time I will omit the butter and use less bread crumbs. Will also try with low-fat soup and a sharper cheese.

Simple Cauliflower Soup
Okay -- not great. It was too mild for my taste. I didn't want to add cheese because I wanted a low-fat soup -- but this definitely needed more flavorings. It was easy, though!
