I am married with 3 children - daughters 25 & 14 and son 3. I have my degree in Business Management and am Vice-President at work and my husband and I also own our own company. I am learning sign language and love holidays and things that are handcrafted. Some of my favorite recipes are cheesecake tart, chili, taco soup, cajun turkey and mixed fruit. I also have a lot of tricks to some of my cooking to cut out some of the long hours of cooking during the holidays. I love to cook ham and have Christmas breakfast. I also have to make cheesecake tarts for all family holidays and my father's birthday. I am known locally for my cheesecake tart. I would probably be banished from the family if I showed up to a fanily event without cheesecake tarts. As much as I can cook, I still to this day, have trouble frying eggs just right. Also, my son does not need sugar, so now I am trying to learn some good sugar free recipes.
