I am married with 3 children - daughters 25 & 14 and son 3. I have my degree in Business Management and am Vice-President at work and my husband and I also own our own company. I am learning sign language and love holidays and things that are handcrafted.
My favorite things to cook
Some of my favorite recipes are cheesecake tart, chili, taco soup, cajun turkey and mixed fruit. I also have a lot of tricks to some of my cooking to cut out some of the long hours of cooking during the holidays.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love to cook ham and have Christmas breakfast. I also have to make cheesecake tarts for all family holidays and my father's birthday.
My cooking triumphs
I am known locally for my cheesecake tart. I would probably be banished from the family if I showed up to a fanily event without cheesecake tarts.
My cooking tragedies
As much as I can cook, I still to this day, have trouble frying eggs just right. Also, my son does not need sugar, so now I am trying to learn some good sugar free recipes.
