Triple the Ginger Cookies
Excellent. I added the traditional spices; cinnamon and cloves. I used my onion chopper to chop the crystallized ginger; it worked great. The bake time is not nearly long enough; I tried 20 minutes with two trays in the oven. I like my cookies crispy.

Spicy Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup
This soup was amazing! I didn't add the sesame oil; but I'll try that the next time. I agree with the other reviewer; add some crusty bread to serve with the soup. This can be a meal with bread and a salad. DELICIOUS!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
All I can say is WOW! I am NOT a Banana bread fan, but this is not your typical banana bread! I did make changes as follows: I halved the recipe as I had only 2 ripe bananas, so 1/4 cup butter, just under a full cup of sugar, and two eggs. 8 oz of 5% MF Sour cream. As a treat, I added about 1/3 cup of Hershey's Special dark chocolate chips. I did the crumble top that was mentioned in another review (butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts). This made exactly two 4 x 7 loaves. I baked at 325, and they were done in an hour. They are PERFECT! Not dense; not cakey, just right! Try it; you'll really love it!
