Soft Oatmeal Cookies
I have never made oatmeal cookies before and these were easy. I have made them two different ways. X-large scoops of dough (baked 12 min.) come out super soft. I have refrigerated the dough overnight and made small golf ball sized scoops. The cookies hold the smaller shape and are crispier on the outside.
