Garden Veggie Pizza Squares
Easy, great taste and colourful. Next time I will try the suggestion to use whipped cream cheese so it will be easier to spread. I added a couple minced garlic cloves to the cream cheese mixture - this added a delish garlicky flavour. I agree with other reviewers to used slightly less than half a packet of powder ranch dressing. Everyone loved this. I think it was nice to serve at a winter gathering because everyone was craving fresh raw veggies.

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps
I just made these for the first time and am very happy with how they turned out. I used chicken stock to cook the brown rice for added flavour.Instead of one of the cans of beans, I added a can of refired beans to make it stick together better. When I combined the beans, rice and cheese I added about 1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce and 1 tbsp of onion salt. These are so tasty with sour cream and salsa - yum!

Baked Potato Casserole
This was awesome - made it to go with ham. Used Tex Mex grated cheese already bagged, a white onion, wow. Great for leftovers too, thanks!
