Sugar Cookie Icing
I substituted honey for corn syrup and it worked just fine! I also did not add any coloring and just added sprinkles on top-- a very elegant look! I had to add the sprinkles immediately as the icing starts to harden as soon as it is applied. I used the Soft Sugar Cookie recipe. I squeezed the white icing out with a Ziploc bag that had the corner barely cut off, then added red and green sprinkles. Very pretty!

Soft Sugar Cookies V
My only note about this recipe is that for us, it only made 20 cookies. I rolled them out a bit thicker than 1/4 inch and I guess all cookie cutters are slightly different sizes . . . I used the Sugar Cookie Icing recipe with no dye, added colored sprinkles, and they turned out so perfect, delicious and beautiful!

Seven-Minute Pudding
This is a great recipe! I had tried another pudding recipe that didn't thicken right, and this one did. I followed a previous reviewer's advice to blend in the blender and then heat in a saucepan. Perfect, no microwave involved. The sweetness of this pudding is just right, too.
