This is a great recipe! I had tried another pudding recipe that didn't thicken right, and this one did. I followed a previous reviewer's advice to blend in the blender and then heat in a saucepan. Perfect, no microwave involved. The sweetness of this pudding is just right, too.

I have made this a few times, it is easy to make and customizable. I usually follow it completely and the results are excellent. I have even won a chili cook off at work with this (about 10 other entries) for that one I added a regular sized can of corn for added color and texture, GOOD STUFF!!!
