Super Duper Bean Salad
This salad is addicting! I added one can of an already-made bean salad from Trader Joe's, and left out the pepper and wax beans since I didn't have them, and it was so tasty! My roomate felt bad for eating so much of it :) Am making this again right now actually...

Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili
This turned out fabulous. I took others' suggestions and added celery, cornstarch to make it thicker, and my own personal additions of fresh tomatoes. I felt like it needed something else - so I added a bit more sugar and some salt. Overall though, the flavor is great because it's not too heavy but also far from bland. The perfect chili. Thanks!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I'm pretty sure this is the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had. And I really am snobby about mac&cheese and am a big fan. My only qualm was that it's a little too rich. Maybe I should use fat free sour cream and cottage cheese as the other reviewer suggested. I didn't add milk so I hope it's not too dry as leftovers.... Overall though, this was amazing. I added bacon bits and peas and that made it even more tasty. Thanks Chuck!!
