This recipe is delicious! My husband and my 16 month old twins LOVED IT! I am definitely putting this recipe on my meal plan again for this month. The only changes I made were putting the pie crust in the oven to slightly brown while cooking my beef/onion. When it was draining, I took the pie crust out. I also layered it, beef mixture, one can (15oz) of corn, and topped w/ home made mashed potatoes, and cheese! DELICIOUS! I may add a little bit more ketchup to the mixture next time.

It was a pretty good, traditional flavored Chicken pot pie. My husband loved it! I did have to add a few dashes of Salt, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, and onion powder. After all that, it was still a little bland. I only used 2 cans of mixed veggies, and that was plenty. I used a store bought 9" crust, so that may be why the 2 cans of veggies were just enough. Over all thank you for a great, quick and simple chicken pot pie. I will make again.

This was a very easy recipe. However for me personally this has too much sausage in it. I think I will split the sausage in half, and cook something else with the other half.
