Cheesy Potatoes

This is VERY good for a microwave recipe!! I did alter the recipe a bit and I didn't measure anything, so I'll just tell you what I put in it. I cut half of the potatoes that it asked for. I just layered the cheese, onion powder, and potatoes as I felt fit. I used about 1/3 c. milk with a couple shakes of Wondra, put the milk mixture in gladware with a lid, shook it up, and poured it all over the potatoes, onion powder, and cheese. This made it very creamy when it came out. I used onion powder instead of chopped onions because my husband hates onions. It turned out perfect and we both loved it. Great idea!

Baked Lemon Chicken

FANTASTIC RECIPE! I often cook for a 17 year old who is extremely picky and only likes chicken. He LOVED this! I cooked it according to the directions stated above, and I will cook this many more times to come! It's THAT good!

Golden Rum Cake

There is only one word for this rum cake....fantastic! It had such great flavor and we ate almost all of it in one setting! The only downfall my cake had was because of me. I'm not used to my oven yet and I overcooked it a bit. It was dry but I poked holes in it for the glaze to soak into. It didn't work all that well, but I will cook it again for the right amount of time for my oven, and I KNOW it will be out of this world. Kudos to the cook who posted this lovely recipe!

Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

This was just okay for me. I may have done something wrong, but it didn't blow me out of the water. I will make it again though, and the next time I will try to season it better. It was just missing something to me. I do like really seasoned dishes, so maybe that was it. It's not bad, but it's not my favorite. I'm sorry!!!

Garlic Chicken

Can I give six stars?! This recipe is out of this world fantastic. I made a dinner tonight for a bunch of guys, and this was by far the table favorite. Such great flavor! If you love garlic, then this is the recipe for you. I used chicken breast tenderloins instead of breasts. I just like them better, but it doesn't matter which kind you use, the taste will be the same! I would say that this is the best chicken recipe I've ever had and I will cook it plenty of times to come!

Roasted New Red Potatoes

Good stuff right here! I enjoy simple recipes and this is just that! It took no time at all to prepare the potatoes and my company loved them. I left them in a little longer than it says to, just because I wanted them to have extra crispy edges. Otherwise, don't change a thing! It's great as/is!

Airport Bob's Green Beans

Oh my gosh, I LOVED this recipe! I'm a sucker for sweet things and the brown sugar was just what I needed for fresh green beans! I was so surprised at how good they turned out. I cooked them for a dinner party and everyone loved them. This is definately a recipe I will print out and use over and over. Thanks!

Sausage Crescent Rolls

This is amazing. I had never even heard of it before and my mother in law made it last night for us to snack on. Instead of using regular cream cheese she used Philadelphia Light with garlic and herbs, then she added some Italian seasoning on top after applying the egg white. It was so good!! My husband even liked it--and he doesn't like cream cheese! This is a five star rating for sure!
