I love being Grammy to Orion, our grandson. He is two years old. He lives in Tehachapi with his mom so my husband and I try to see him at least twice a month and keep him for a few days each month either at our home or at his daddy's in Big Bear. I also enjoy time with my Mom-in-law, my God-daughters, and my sisters. I love baking but i also enjoy trying new recipes for dinners and desserts. I enjoy making the entire Thanksgiving dinner. I also like making tamales at Christmas with my husband's family. I am half Italian, but my mother did not enjoy cooking so our traditions slipped away. Roast Turkey. Food gifts at Christmas time. I made a chicken enchilada dish with shredded chicken breast, non-fat cheese, non-fat sour cream, etc. It was awful! We couldn't even eat it!!! I also tried a spaghetti dish where you put the pasta in the sauce to cook. It was like eating glue! We had to throw it away. LOL!!
