Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken
Totally agree with the prior comment NOT to use a beer can as the vertical stand. There are enough toxins in our processed foods already without adding more. Beer cans are designed for cold, not hot. Spend a couple bucks for the vertical stand. It's also more stable.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
Wonderful. I cannot imagine using dry, flavorless skinless breasts instead. What a bore! The point of food is "Flavor"!!

Apricot Chicken
This is good. But I prefer thighs because they have more flavor. Chix breasts are like having Wonder bread when you could have real bread. Yes, thighs have more fat. It's fat that carries flavor. Also used dried apricots soaked in a little brandy 'cuz I take a diabetic into consideration.
