Ali's Amazing Bruschetta
I loved this recipe but one key difference is that I only toast the baguette and I serve the tomato mixture cold. I leave out the cheese, I don't think its necessary. I agree that sugar is key as well as a turn of the balsamic vinegar bottle in the mixture. My friends and I devoured it!

Cashew Chicken Wraps
Yum! I really liked this recipe! I used pre cooked garden herb chicken tenders and cubed them up. I didn't have an onion on hand so I sliced up scallions and used pinenuts instead of cashews. I also added a hint of jalapeno powder for a kick. Very good and perfect for a light, summer lunch!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
This recipe is da bomb! I would definitely cut the mayo in half and use 1/2 cup of sour cream. I also added monterey jack cheese to the mix and then used 6-7 fresh jalapenos diced, and used Panko bread crumbs and parmesean on top. This is my favorite app to bring to parties!!!
