Excellent pumpkin cake. I have to agree with other reviews, a little on the oily side, will cut down on oil next time. Great pumpkin taste, not overpowering.

Delicious and simple recipe. Only thing I didn't like was the way it looked, think I prefer a clear glaze over the fresh strawberries, would have been much more appealing and attractive.

Mini Sour Cream Biscuits

The easiest biscuits to make! I added a little bit of sugar to give it some sweetness. This is a really good basic recipe. Can add some garlic to make garlic biscuits, add cheddar to make cheddar biscuits.

Breakfast Quiches to Go

Very easy recipe. A great breakfast on-the-go idea, love it! Wasn't a great fan of the cream cheese in this recipe so will put less or skip altogether next time. I added ham and a little less spinach and it came out great. Will add some bacon next time. All in all, FANTASTIC recipe!
