I love to bake muffins, cupcakes, and cakes. Every year at christmas, my dad's family makes coffee cake and cinnamon rolls. They are so good, and it isn't christmas without them! I made 136 mini cheesecakes that turned out great. I also made a friend's birthday cake. One time I made 24 cupcakes for a bake sale, and when I took them out of the oven, they had sunk and looked like dessert bowls. (but they were yummy anyways :D)
