Apple Scones
These are the first scones I have ever made. They were very easy to make. I added some cinnamon and nutmeg into the batter. I also made them into rolls rather then wedges and then rolled them in cinnamon and sugar. They tasted great with some clotted cream.

Pesto Chicken Florentine
Excellent! I used alfredo sauce from a jar and it worked great.

Kocoa Klastch Blend
I used this recipe to make a collection of different hot chocolates in a Christmas present I gave out to all my friends and family. This one was by far everyone's favorite blend. The drink is smooth, minus the orange zest chunks. The flavor is rich. I used a combination of dark chocolate and regular chocolate powder, Yummy.
