A-Number-1 Banana Cake
Big hit with everyone. I used sour cream instead of buttermilk and used the Hersheys icing recipe on the back of the cocoa box. I also sliced some bananas in the middle of the cake. YUMMY.

Sloppy Joes
It is a good base recipe. I used less ketchup, honey BBQ sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and a little mustard. I don't think I will ever be buying the can stuff again. For a side I cut up a couple red potatoes, tossed them with vegetable oil, Mrs. Dash and a touch of salt. YUMMY! I cut them small enough so it only took about 15 minutes on 400.

Chocolate Bliss Chunk Cookies
Good cookies overall. Mine did come out a tiny bit cakey. Maybe I used a tiny bit too much baking soda?? Still very good and will definitely bake again.
