Amish White Bread

I put the ingredients in my KitchenAid and let it run for five minutes, then rested it before baking....it turned out fluffly and delicious. I will definitely make this recipe part of my regular rotation.

Salsa Corn Chowder

I also thought that the consistency was a little thin. The flavor, however, is fantastic, and my picky husband enjoyed it for the most part....I just have to figure out how to make the tomato chunks smaller. We think it would be really good with fajita chicken added to it.

Cheesy Pizza Dip

I hosted a "Dip Party" last night and this was voted the winner. After reading the reviews, I decided not to mix everything together, as a lot of people said the color was off-putting. So I mixed the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, red pepper flakes, and cheddar, then the pizza sauce, then pepperoni, then mozzarella cheese (left out the green onions and red bell pepper since I didn't know if everyone would like them) and baked it until bubbly and served it with toasted french bread. It was wonderful!

Mini Meatloaves

Chocolate Cake V

The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because it wasn't as rich or fudge as I like chocolate cake to be. That being said, it was very easy to make and I loved the addition of the coffee. I put it in a tube pan and had to increase the cooking time (I believe by 20 minutes), and topped it with Chocolate Pecan Praline Sauce from another site, which soaked in and made it so fabulous!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

This was really good! However, it is VERY IMPORTANT to be sure to melt the butter just as the recipe says. I forgot to do that the second time I made this cornbread and it turned out really tough.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

We have been making this dip for years and it is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We eat it with tortilla chips, and it is actually really good served over a baked potato as well.

Baked French Fries I

These are pretty good...the chili powder and paprika kind of overpowered the tate a bit, I thought, but maybe that's because I cut the potatoes into shoestrings. They were also pretty limp; I stuck them back in the oven under the broiler and that seemed to perk them up a bit.
