I went to Califorina culinary Academy in San Fransico. I am a chef in the corporate world I really like to cook home style food. I also like to bake. I love cooking all chirstmas cookies and dinner It is best time in my house and at my mom's. I bake a wedding cake with sugar flowers on it. It was beauiful. Went I was a kid my mom wanted me to make rice pudding, she left me a recipe but forgot to tell me to start with cooked rice. Every tiime I look in the oven the rice pudding kept growing out of the pan. So went my mom came home from work I was in tears because the rice never got done.
