My name is Katie. I'm newly married and I live in a lil bitty town of 1500. I'm just trying to get into this cooking thing and I'm starting to really enjoy it! soups, desserts, special side dishes ....I can't really think of any traditions that we have that deal with cooking.. I had Thanksgiving this year at my house and I made a turkey for the first time!! I had supper at my house and everything was a disaster. I made beans and it called for a glove of garlic, and I put the whole bulb in. I made muffins and I didn't mix them good enough so I bit through a clod of baking soda. And the main dish (ham and pasta) just wasn't good at all, ugh...
