Lentil Soup
This recipe was so easy and so super delicious! The balsamic vinegar added such a great background taste. I followed the recipe exactly and it was so filling and tasty that I will definitely add it to my recipe box.

Spicy Fried Green Tomatoes
I made this exactly like the recipe said, except that I didn't know I didn't have eggs when I made it. So I covered them in Panko before frying them. They turned out awesome!!

Nikujaga (Japanese-style meat and potatoes)
My husband, who is from Japan, loves Nikujaga and has been wanting me to make it. So when I found this recipe, I had to try it. I didnt follow the measurement for the meat. I just threw it all in there. We LOVED it! And so did everyone I shared it with, because it make a lot! But I will definatly be making this again.
