A big hit! The guys in the house were scrapping the bowl in record time! The only alteration I made was adding some fresh chopped cilantro. They aren't big "bean salad" fans, so I told them it was dip and served it with chips. Fantastic - I'll be making this again soon, but will have to double the recipe.

Outstanding! I was a bit skeptical, as I am a mashed potato "purist" - it was awesome: Kids loved it, husband loved it, and I will definately make it again, even though it required multiple pans. I will just negotiate that someone else has to wash the dishes! LOVED THIS!
