I just recently married, and now our combined family includes three kids. We love to have people over and I love trying out new recipes. Love shredded pork tacos from a shoulder roast. Any Italian dish is usually pretty easy to put together. My mom and dad didn't really cook. So I ended up teaching myself. Finding out how easy it is to put things together if you just follow the recipes. Once you have that together, you can start adding things based on how you like it to taste..... I've burned a few things here and there by not being patient...have learned that sometimes you just have to put the time in on sauces and not rush it.
