Chicken Cordon Bleu I
Easy and yummy! My boyfriend declared it the best chicken cordon bleu he ever had. I too took the suggestion of other commentors and dipped the breast in egg before rolling it in breadcrumbs. Also made the chicken sauce which complemented the dish.
