Hi, I love this site! I have spent most of my life working in restaurants and food service. I grew up in the Mississippi Delta and I love all Southern cooking. I also lived in Florida, so I also like Caribbean food. I am married with a two year old "son", our Cairn Terrier. I love barbecuing/smoking. Seafood, Creole, Cajun ethnic food, local/regional flavor. Lately shifting to whole/organic and local ingredients. Southern. I make killer New Orleans style seafood. I over seasoned some shrimp for my sister and Bro in law--inedible.
