I am a mother of 4. I love to cook and bake. I make a mean fried chicken. I have a very simple sex in a pan recipe which everyone loves. I love to make spagetti from scratch.(haven't got the sauce perfected yet.) Christmas cookies with my kids. At age 16 I made my fried chicken for a church function. There was about 300 people I had to feed. This took hours of prep to complete. The end results where over welming. Turned out a few other people brought fried chicken as well. My chicken was all gone and people wanting more and the others where barely touched. The first turkey I ever cooked was perfect in taste, moisture, and color. tried a new recipe of chicken and dumplings instead of my recipe and it was a big flop.
