About this Cook
I'm 16, and have been cooking since I was 9. I love to watch food network. My favorite cooks are Bobby Flay, and Paula Deen. I love how their food makes you just want to hop in the TV. I would love to cook like that one day, But til then I'll keep learning. A dream of mine is to own a resturant someday, I want it to be huge. I pray that Jesus Blesses me with that. :}
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook chicken.I love that there many ways to cook one things. And all the recipes, their just amazing. And I love to bake chocolate cakes too. I am a chocolate lover all the way ,I just can't get enough.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Well... Our tradition I guess is the way we make our collard greens. We fry and then boil them with hamhocks, and neckbones. They always have this smokey, sweet flavor. It's my aunt's recipe, and she's the only one that can make it perfect:}
My cooking triumphs
My triumph is being able to stop burning the food that I cook. And being able to make something that pleases my family. I mean when I cook, I go all out. So my family has been through some cooking fases of mine. But it's all good now.
My cooking tragedies
My tragedy is cooking pancakes. Sometimes I do really well, and other times I do extremely horrible. I just can't keep one recipe straight when it comes to pancakes. But I'm getting better.
