Soft Gingersnaps
this could not be better!
we made a full batch last night and they are GONE already.
i followed another person's suggestion and doubled the quantity of spices and i find it perfect. although my children were sad i wasn't making something with chocolate, they soon forgot once they smelled the baking cookies, and even my fussiest loved them. all i can say is this recipe is fab-u-lous!
